All Michigan high school seniors are eligible for the Community College Guarantee! There are no GPA or income requirements.
Plus, if you receive the Federal Pell Grant, you’re eligible for an extra $1,000 to help pay for living expenses like books, transportation and rent.
All you have to do to apply is complete the 2026-2027 FAFSA.

Dear Farwell School Families,

This is a reminder that Friday, September 26th is Homecoming. Like last year, the Homecoming Parade is being held during the day at 2:30 pm and the route is on our website. The parade will travel clockwise around our main campus. Elementary students will watch the parade from inside the playground fence. Please don’t block their view of the parade. Following the parade, student’s watching and participating in the parade will be escorted and loaded onto the buses or returned to their school for the normal dismissal.
Elementary students with signed permission slips can be signed out for the parade at 2:10 in the Elementary Cafeteria.
The two main reasons for a during the school day parade are student participation and student safety. All students can either participate in the parade or watch the parade and then ride a bus home. This also prevents large numbers of students from roaming town after the parade and crossing M-115 unsupervised.
Don’t forget the Game a 7 PM against Pinconning. Come watch the Homecoming Festivities, our Amazing Marching Band, and cheer on our Farwell Eagles.

Homecoming week is only a couple weeks away! Make sure you receive this document from your coach/advisor if your club, team, or organization will be participating in the parade. Without this permission slip your student will not be able to participate in the parade. We are excited to host the parade during school again! This way all of our students are able to watch and cheer on our marching band, homecoming court, and floats from the community!
