For March is Reading Month, second grade students participated in a readers theater. They had to practice their lines and make props to go with the play. Students performed their plays in their classrooms in front of their classmates.

Look who stopped by on Friday, March 7th to visit our second graders. Our students got to read about Smokey Bear and how to prevent wildfires. Smokey Bear and Jason from the DNR stopped by to tell us how Smokey got his name.
We had some Elementary students that Completed Finn's Mission Hands-Only CPR Training in the American Heart Association Kids Heart Challenge last month! They had a basketball shoot party at the end of the school day on Friday, March 7th! Those student included:
