Taking Transition 1st by Storm

Mrs. Tracey Laverty is our Transition 1st teacher here at Farwell Elementary School! She knew she wanted to be a teacher pretty early on because her mom was a teacher and she always loved to play school. This is her 23rd year teaching! Her favorite part of working at Farwell has been the community and staff. She loves working in Transition 1st and really works with the students to build their confidence and help them become problem solvers. She is so excited to see them grow, stop using "I can't" and apply what they learn this school year. This time of year is when Mrs. Laverty thrives, she loves fall! She loves the coolness in the air, growing her own apples to make apple cider, and hunting. Mrs. Laverty loves to explore and put herself out there, but one thing that she will never do is ride in a hot air balloon. Have you had Mrs. Laverty as a teacher?
