The Education Benefits Form collects information needed to make sure the school receives state and federal money for education programs. The form is available online this year to ensure privacy and ease when filling out. Without this info, Farwell Schools could lose vital money for school programs that our students need. These programs offer support and services for our students including, but not limited to:

Teaching staff (ex. Reading tutors, math tutors, academic & behavior aids)
Teaching supplies
Counselors and social workers
Training for staff
Parent and community engagement supplies and events
Chromebook and Ipads

Why does Farwell Schools need my info? Data on the Education Benefits Form determines the eligibility of a student. The total number of eligible students is used to determine how much money will be provided to your school. The more forms collected the better.

What do I need to do? Follow this link: https://farwell.familyportal.cloud/ and select “Apply for Benefits. Follow the instructions to add your information. Please only add children that attend Farwell Area Schools.

What else is my student eligible for? Based on the information you gave on your Education Benefits Form; your child may qualify for other programs such as:

Food support
Field trip support
School supplies or reduced school fees
Holiday support and much more
