Education Excellence Award
The Michigan Association of School Boards recently recognized Farwell Area Schools for its Mandarin Dual Immersion and Spanish K-14 Program.

The scope of this program is one of the grandest in the state that seeks to provide students with a robust exposure to another language and culture.  The ultimate goal for students who take full advantage of the program is to graduate with college credits and a high level of proficiency in three languages:  Spanish, Chinese, and English.
